Mousy Mousy

Mousy Mousy is my first commercial game, which I started after being laid off during the 2024 layoff wave. Like many others, I found myself navigating a challenging situation and decided to pour my creativity into game development. What began as a way to stay creatively engaged has now become a fun, fast-paced survival roguelike inspired by 'Vampire Survivors'.

I began my game development journey like many other developers—through online study. I learned the fundamentals from a Udemy course, and while some of the game mechanics were inspired by what I learned, I also added my own mechanics and unique art style to make **Mousy Mousy** my own. Although this game isn't fully original in every aspect, it represents a mix of what I’ve learned and the creativity I’ve brought to the project. In my next game, I’ll aim to create a fully original experience from start to finish.

In 'Mousy Mousy', you’ll play as a brave little mouse battling waves of quirky enemies, collecting cheese, and upgrading your abilities to survive longer. With each run, you’ll unlock unique upgrades like throwing cherries at enemies, boosting your movement speed, or increasing your attack range.
